This website offers Language learning classes for the German language as well as Learning materials and Online Courses that can be purchased. The site will feature links to social media pages. By accessing or using this website for any of the mentioned services, you agree that you have read, understood and agree to these terms.
2. Intellectual Property
Content of this website, online courses, learning materials as well as all materials created by Rebecca Knoll that are used in Language Learning Classes (including texts, examples, images, logos) are the exclusive property of Rebecca Knoll. You agree not to sell, modify, copy, reproduce, transmit the content and materials – unless authorised by Rebecca Knoll.
3. Conclusion of contract
3.1. General
The services can be booked on this website in the English language only. You agree to receive bills electronically via e-mail in English.
3.2. Purchase of Learning Materials and Online Courses
A contract is concluded after payment in the payment form on the website has succesfully taken place.

4. Services included
4.1. Language learning
You will get language learning classes in the language you have booked: German. Every class will take 60 minutes. If you don’t show up to your class in the first ten minutes or if the phone number you have indicated happens to be wrong and you can’t be contacted, your class will be cancelled and you still have to pay the full price for it. Not all of the below mentioned elements of the class might be covered in every class. Which elements exactly will be part of a class will be chosen in the class depending on the learning goal and your needs to learn the language effectively. Some elements will also be dealt with naturally in every class as they are basic elements in a language learning process.
4.1.1. Online video class
Online classes will be held as video calls. A link will be send to you after booking a class in the form on the website. Depending on your language level and your goals the classes will include: Revising grammar, studying new vocabulary, reading and writing texts/essays, working on your pronunciation, going through your homework or tasks from your school/university, preparation for job interviews/exams/tests, discussion any doubts or questions you have.

5. Payment
All prices are in Euros (€). The prices for Language Learning classes include tax. Classes are booked via the booking system on the website and have to be payed immediately via Paypal or credit card.
Small errors made in the service or any product can not be excluded completely and if they occur, the service must still be payed. If you are unhappy with a delivered service, please let Rebecca Knoll know, so amends can be made and you are content with the service.
6. Disclaimer
Rebecca Knoll assumes no responsibility or liability for (1) any errors or omissions in the content of this site or any offered service or product, (2) personal injury or property damage resulting from using this website or any of the offered services or products, (3) any unauthorised access or use of the servers or any stored information of the website users. Rebecca Knoll will not be held responsible for any damages that could arise from using this website or occur related to the use of the offered services. The information contained on this site is provided on an “as is” basis with no guarantees of completeness, accuracy, usefulness or timeliness.
7. Cancellation
Rebecca Knoll has the right to cancel Language Learning classes at any time in the case of unexpected events such as illness or acts of nature beyond control. In this case the money payed for classes will be payed back to the customer. You agree to accept this.
8. Termination
Users‘ access to this website can be terminated in case of abuses or at the sole discretion of the owner. Rebecca Knoll reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you shall not use this website or any of the services offered.
